: (1) The meeting of the Council shall be held at least once in two months.
(2) The meeting of the council shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the council (3) At least twenty-four hours before the meeting of the council, the information with the agenda of the topics to be discussed in the meeting shall be given to all members by the member-secretary of the council.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the members present in the council are present, the quorum for the meeting of the council will be considered.
(5) The meeting of the Council shall be presided over by the Chairman of the Council and in his absence by the Vice-Chairman.
(6) In the meeting of the Council, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(7) The decision of the meeting of the council shall be verified by the member-secretary of the council.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the council shall be as determined by the council itself.
